Jews, Palestinians, and passionate advocates of all faiths, ethnicities and backgrounds in Portland are working together to elevate the City’s collective voice and support the national cries for peace and an immediate end to the occupation of Palestine. We propose that the Portland City Council divest from Israel Bonds and companies that profit from the occupation. We also propose that the Council consider and pass a resolution calling for an immediate and permanent ceasefire.
